The Tapping Solution for Financial Success contains webinars, meditation audios, live call recordings to help you solve money challenges. But the price is a bit high …
VERDICT: The Tapping Solution 7 Weeks to Financial Success and Personal Fulfillment is a course that builds a solid foundation to begin solving our money issues. Tapping has a proven track record of helping people solve various physical and emotional issues, and this course focuses on emotional money issues. The interview webinar, meditation audios, live call recordings, and Q&A cover enough ground to help you solve most money challenges. You can jump to the Facebook group if you are in a particular situation that the course doesn’t cover.
The downside is that this course has a price that’s a bit high. You may be alright with the price if you already feel the benefits of Tapping and want to work on your money paradigm specifically. You may disagree a little bit with the price of this course if it is your first course on Tapping. The other minus about this course is that you don’t get live call sessions (that would be good for a course at this price range), but you do get recordings of the previous live call sessions. There is a payment plan, and a money back guarantee, so you can try the program completely risk-free.
Why is Tapping for Financial Success Important?
Many people use Tapping to work on various issues, from physical pain to mental fitness. But the #1 issue that is on the top of many people’s minds is money. Money problems (and the mental challenges that come with it) are popular and are high on our priority list. It’s both important and urgent for us.
Nick Ortner has helped thousands of people through his Tapping Solution company and Tapping World Summit events. He found that finances are the top issue that people have a problem with. Tapping is a great technique to solve emotional and mental challenges related to money issues, but there aren’t that many courses that focus on this method. Therefore, Nick created the Financial Success and Personal Fulfillment course to help people who want to fix their money problems using Tapping.
The common complaints people admit about their finances include:
- Feeling stuck and going nowhere in their career or business
- Not being able to save or hold on to money for a length of time
- Having a block that makes them afraid of taking big responsibilities
- Feeling they have done a lot of work but don’t have results yet
- Not being able to let go of a traumatizing experience in the past
The complaints above have the power to stop you from creating wealth in your life. I have the same complaints too, especially about doing a lot of work and remaining stuck. I’ve been working on this issue and decided to join the Tapping for Financial Success course to continue working on it. If you have similar feelings or complaints like the ones above, then this course may be important for you.
What is Inside Tapping for Financial Success?
The summary of what you get each week inside the course is:
- The webinar and workbook (one hour recording and e-book)
- Tapping meditation audio (10-15 minute recording)
- Tapping in Action audio (one-hour recording)
- Supplemental material (e-book)
- Most common questions answered (many 5-minute recordings)
- Community support (Facebook group)
The 7 Weeks to Financial Success and Personal Fulfillment consists of seven modules. You receive a new module each week on Monday (beginning when you sign up) for seven weeks. Each module or week gives you a one-hour webinar between Jessica and Nick Ortner in video format. You can also download the interview in MP3 audio format, read the PDF transcript, and do the exercise workbook.
The module topics for each week are:
- Week 1: Overcoming Overwhelm
- Week 2: What Are You Really After?
- Week 3: Quieting the Critical Voice
- Week 4: Money & Your Past
- Week 5: Ending Procrastination & Self-Sabotage
- Week 6: Standing Out in the World
- Week 7: Outrageous Dreams
You get a 10-15 minute long Tapping Meditation audio on the same day as the webinar. I find these meditation audios are very useful to solidify what we learn from the webinar. The webinar contains Tapping sessions we can follow, while the meditation audios contain short versions that we can tap along to daily or when we need to. The meditation audios are in MP3 format, and there’s also the PDF transcript.
On the Thursday of each week, you get a Tapping in Action audio. This audio is a one-hour recording of a live session where listeners can call in and ask Nick Ortner to help them Tap on their issues. I find these Tapping in Action audios can be the most valuable part of the program because we can relate to the issues other members are going through (I related to an issue a listener had, and it made me able to solve some parts of my issue as well). The live session is in MP3 and PDF transcript format.
There are many bonuses you get as part of each week. There is a supplemental workbook each week, and a collection of most common questions asked. I haven’t listened to all of the audios because there are a lot of them. Each audio is a short 5-minute recording about common challenges people have and the answer to those challenges.
The most important, but easy to overlook, component of this course is the Facebook group. An online support community like a social media group can be very helpful as you go through the course. Many people share common challenges and pitfalls. Meeting and interacting with someone who is going through a similar experience can help speed up your progress – and you can make new, real friends.
The course has good pacing and enough content to keep us engaged throughout the week. You can listen to the main webinar and meditation audios that will give you the ‘meat’ of the program, and you can listen to the supplemental material to get a deeper understanding of the issue. Visit the Facebook group from time to time to get help or give help to someone who needs it.
How Does the Course Work?
You get the first module on a Monday after you sign up. You listen to the one hour webinar that talks about the main topic of the week/module. The webinar contains an interview where Jessica asks Nick about the main topic. Nick gives explanations and stories about his experiences before moving on to a Tapping session that we can follow.
You can use the Tapping meditation audios (that you get on the same day) as a daily practice to keep improving yourself. The short format of the meditation audios works very well to maintain a Tapping routine especially if you only have a few minutes each day. Building a daily meditation habit can help very much to resolve the deep issues that prevent us from manifesting our greatest wealth.
The live call sessions (that you get each Thursday) is a good way to explore the current main topic in certain scenarios. The people who call in are grateful to Nick who can help them ‘on the spot’ as they share what trouble they have going on in their lives. Some people can achieve instant relief in the live Tapping session, while others need to keep Tapping on their own. These live call recordings may give more impact to you compared to the interview webinar (due to the effect of ‘borrowing benefits‘).
I feel these three parts of the course already give a solid foothold for us to solve our emotional issues regarding money. But you can refer to the supplemental material and questions and answers if you think that you need more information and Tapping. I haven’t listened to these bonuses yet, but I already feel the benefits of the course – I feel calm and resourceful when thinking about my money issues.
You can jump in the Facebook group and ask for help there if you feel the materials in the course aren’t enough. Facebook groups such as these can be the most precious and valuable part of an online course. A strong community can give you the help and support you need (although you have to wait to get a response from fellow members). This Facebook group makes the Tapping for Financial Success course very valuable because there aren’t enough groups dedicated to Tapping for money issues.
What I Like & Don’t Like About This Course
I am a firm believer (and user) in Tapping. It’s one of the most effective and often used techniques I use in my life to help me calm down when I’m feeling anxious or stressful (I also Tap on my wife when she has migraines). However, this course isn’t perfect. I share what I feel are the good points of this course and the bad points about it.
First, the good points:
#1 Tapping is Effective
Tapping is one of the most effective techniques I know. There are other effective techniques, such as meditation and brainwave entrainment (especially both at the same time). But I love Tapping most because there is a ‘physical’ aspect to it (you Tap on the meridian points). Meditation still feels ‘abstract’ to me and I need to rely on guided meditation audios to make it effective.
Fortunately, this course combines Tapping and meditation, seemingly doubling its effectiveness. The webinar interviews and the live call sessions (Tapping in Action) hit me in the right spots. I relate to what Nick and Jessica (and the callers) are saying, and it enlightens my understanding of my issues. I find this course especially useful to use when I feel anxious and worry about my financial future.
#2 The Course Builds a Solid Foundation
The course begins by working on the common pitfalls that we experience when trying to improve our finances. It helps us clear the emotional trauma of our past (whether we have a large trauma that we realize or a small trauma that we don’t realize), and release the common bad habits that prevent our great wealth: the inner critic, procrastination, and self-sabotage.
I believe that to achieve success in wealth requires more understanding that what this course offers. Still, it builds a solid foundation (or a foothold) that we can use to build upon as we better know, understand, and love ourselves in our journey to improve our wealth. Each week gives us an opportunity to build the foundation we need to propel ourselves to the next level of our wealth.
#3 There is a Facebook group
You can easily underestimate the impact of a support group. I find that support groups (whether on forums, Facebook, or other platforms) can truly make the difference between successfully making the changes that you want or staying stuck where you are. Meeting a group of people who share similar goals and interests as us creates a supportive environment that keeps us focused and motivated to stay on track and finish the course.
The value of the connections we make in the group is often worth the price of the course itself. It’s fortunate that you get all the material in the course (that builds a solid foundation) and also a community support group that you can visit and ask for guidance or offer help in return. It’s a great environment to practice and build a clear understanding of what we learn.
Now we move on to the ‘bad’ points:
#1 The Price is a Bit High
The price of this program is a bit high for me. There is a payment plan option available, and there is a money back guarantee if you try the program and feel it doesn’t suit you. Although the price is a bit high, I am satisfied with it. I still haven’t gone through the supplemental material and questions and answers section, so there is no reason for me to ask for a refund.
#2 No Live Sessions
This point is probably my biggest input for the course. I feel that weekly live calls (not recordings of previous weekly live calls) would add the value of this course tremendously. It’s nice to listen to the recordings of previous calls, but being able to call in (or feel the energy of joining a live session) is more valuable. I understand that such a change may increase the price of the course. Therefore, if in the future this course has weekly live calls, then I would amplify my recommendation of joining it.
Summary: Is the Course Worth It?
My answer is yes. But is it the right time for you to join the course? It depends.
You ought to evaluate your situation if you’re thinking about joining this course. The first consideration is the price of the course. Maybe you have enough funds to pay the full price, but if not then you can consider the payment plan (I chose the payment plan). The second consideration is whether you can give the time to focus on the course, do the exercises, work on your issues, and grow as a person.
Some people may sign up for the course and forget about it. That’s a shame because this course is one that is worth the price and gives results (I’ve seen other courses out there that are mostly ‘filler’ and not much substance). If you have the funds, and the commitment, then I recommend joining and finishing the course. You can do the course slowly, taking each week as it comes and feel the benefits it can bring into your life.
