The e-book contains several Tapping scripts that help you reduce the pain you feel about your body. Once you have the pain down to less than a 5 (on a scale of 1 – 10), you can Tap on reinforcing a positive body image. Jessica shares her experience about feeling ashamed for eating a plate full of cookies when she was just 7 years old. She talks about how shame and stress affect our body’s ability to lose weight. Jessica reveals that the main problem women face is the emotional weight loss that needs to happen. She guides us through a Tapping session that is useful for both beginners and Tapping ‘veterans’. By addressing these four components, it’s possible to completely clear or eliminate a problem, such as food cravings.
