Who can argue with a stress-free life?
I have tried many different techniques, and I one of the simplest ones is Tapping. What I love about it the most is that it costs nothing, I can do it anywhere and anytime, and it simply works.
I know that it works so well that not only do I tap on myself, I tap on other people too. I share to my friends the technique to help them become less stressful, even though they usually give me a weird “Are you sure this works?” kind of look.
I tap on my 5-year old nephew whenever he breaks out in a tantrum at family gatherings, and it immediately lowers his resistance and makes him just a little bit more cooperative.
Even though I’ve felt the benefits of Tapping – to help me turn my annual income into a monthly income and to help me approach attractive women – I know I’ve only scratched the surface.
When I read the success stories by other people, I am amazed: neck and shoulder pain gone in minutes, years of chemical poisoning gone in minutes – even long term hypothyroidism gone in a very short time!
That’s why I am writing here on this website to share what I have learned, what I have experienced, and what I have felt from incorporating Tapping into my lifestyle for several years now.
How Does Tapping Work?
The global community calls it Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT Tapping.
Here is an edited excerpt from Nick Ortner’s book “Tapping Your Way to Health, Happiness, and Abundance” that explains how Tapping works in a nutshell:

In short, whenever you feel a pain in your body, there is often an emotional cause behind it. Modern medicine focuses on treating the symptoms by using either surgical procedures or pharmaceutical drugs. EFT Tapping compliments medical treatments by approaching the issue from an emotional angle, therefore creating a holistic approach to healing.
A Non Drug Method of Relieving Stress
There are so many benefits you can get from such a simple technique that it’s near crazy not to try it for yourself on any issue that you are having right now.
Out of all the good things that Tapping brings, the one most important for me is that it is a non drug method of healing your pain.
It must be said that Tapping is NOT a substitute for professional medical treatment. If you are suffering from a serious condition then you must consult with a licensed expert. Even so, many people have experienced near-instantaneous healing from physical pain they have suffered for years from only one or two rounds of Tapping.
