Tapping Meditations can release stress, anger and worry. Watch Jessica Ortner as she gives three free Tapping Meditations to release negative emotions.
Although it sounds contradictory, it’s easy for us to hold on to negative emotions. We feel stress and overwhelm from all of the work we want to do and finish. We feel angry and frustrated when we get less than the results we want or no results at all. We feel anxious and worry about what might happen when things go out of control and fail.
All these bad emotions don’t play any significant role. They don’t help us to achieve what we want. Adding stress doesn’t make us feel renewed or recharged and ready to tackle the day. But we hold negative feelings like these anyway because we don’t know how to release them.
You Should Never Feel Bad
You see, you should never feel bad. You should only feel bad when you violate another person’s property rights (such as stealing something they own or hurting them physically). Other than that, feeling bad has no function to help us move forward towards our goals.
If we want to move forward, we need to let go of these negative emotions that hold us back and consume our precious resources. Letting go of negative emotions frees up our mental energy and emotional energy that we need to make plans and take action.
Tapping Meditations Help Release Bad Feelings
Tapping certainly helps to reduce or even eliminate negative emotions. As Jessica Ortner shows, we can combine Tapping with the ritual of meditation to make a ‘Tapping Meditation’. These Tapping Meditations have a longer length that normal Tapping sessions, but they can give a huge relief.
There are three Tapping Meditations that you can watch as part of the 2017 Tapping World Summit launch celebration. Click here to get information on how you can watch the free meditations on releasing stress and overwhelm, moving from anger to peace, and releasing anxiety and worry.
